All contestants and teams must report directly to this venue at least 15 minutes before the round begins. College ID card is mandatory for entry verification.
Event Guidelines & Rules
- Only the first 20 registered teams will be accommodated.
- Valid college ID cards are mandatory for participation.
- Teams are required to bring a laptop and mobile phone with stable internet connectivity, to be used only when instructed.
- Electronic devices are permitted only in rounds where specified.
- Strict time limits will be enforced; teams failing to complete a task within the allotted time will be disqualified.
- Malpractice, unfair negotiation, or plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
- Team collaboration is essential; individual submissions without team coordination will not be accepted.
- Clarifications or additional instructions for each round will be provided before the round begins.
- The decisions of the judges and coordinators will be final and binding.
- Teams must maintain decorum, discipline, and professionalism throughout the event.
- No substitution of team members is allowed once registration is confirmed.
- In the event of a tie, tie-breaker criteria will be determined by the judges.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to alter rounds, rules, or schedules if necessary.
