All contestants and teams must report directly to this venue at least 15 minutes before the round begins. College ID card is mandatory for entry verification.
Event Guidelines & Rules
- Each team must consist of four members and must be registered as a complete unit; individual entries will not be accepted.
- Multiple teams from the same college can participate.
- The competition is open to UG and PG students from all streams.
- Payment must be completed prior to the event.
- Advance registration is recommended; spot registration will be permitted only if seats remain available.
- Event rules and round-specific instructions will be provided by the coordinators at the venue.
- A valid College ID card is compulsory for participation.
- Participants must report to the venue at least 15 minutes before the commencement of every round.
- Each team must carry a laptop and smartphone with stable internet connectivity; usage restrictions may be imposed by the organizers.
- Strict adherence to timelines and schedules is mandatory.
- Participants are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and respect toward judges, organizers, and fellow teams.
- Any form of misconduct, malpractice, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification.
- All participants must comply with the rules, regulations, and ethical standards set by the organizing committee.
- The decisions of the judges and the committee will be final and binding.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, the committee reserves full authority to take appropriate decisions.
